Color and Lights x

Gallery

The Color and Lights images evolved through many iterations over several months. They are very abstract images typically using a photograph as a base with significant manipulation to create a completely new image.

Ultimately these images became the brain child for a public art display combining dynamic lighting conditions and these images. This display was based around a stairwell in RPI's West Hall and featured the Color and Lights images printed in large format on either glossy paper or cellophane. The cellophane images were cut and fit over windows to create backlit images and a dynamic, colorful environment within the stairwell.

The public display was anonymous and untitled and remained up for over a month before having to come down due to building renovations.
